Our team and a few of our friends shared their personal favourites, and we'd like to share that with you. Lots of companies out there offer ideas they haven't tried themselves, but these are some we've tried ourselves and love.
We hope you'll enjoy them too!
Frank’s Omega-Boost Breakfast Smoothie
1 banana or mango
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of your choice of berries
1 Tbsp of RM Flaxseed Oil
Blend together and serve!
Levi’s Restaurant Style Stir-Fry
Chop up and add Mushrooms, carrots, onion, broccoli into your fry pan or wok.
Add Garlic, bean sprouts and soy sauce
You can also add your choice of protein and spices
Toss in 2 Tbsp of RM Peanut oil into the pan
Lightly steam fry and serve.
Marlow’s Versatile Salad Dressing
2 Tbsp of olive oil or RM Peanut Oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp of RM Black Seed Oil
A pinch of salt or garlic powder
Mix them together and pour the mixture into your cruet or a jar, then drizzle all over your salad.
Esme’s Butternut Squash Soup
3 cloves of garlic,
herbs and spices
3-4 cups of broth
2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 large onion, 1 butternut squash
Then simply cook until vegetables are tender
Once cooked, blend in 1 Tbsp of RM Roasted Pumpkin Oil
A really tasty soup best served warm.
Jimmy’s Magic Morning Yogurt
RM Essentials Hemp Hearts, pumpkin seeds, and granola
Add 1 Tbsp of RM Pumpkin Seed Oil and RM Flaxseed Oil
Add 1 cup of high protein Greek yogurt
Mix together and enjoy
Basia’s Roasted Veggies Delight
Carrots, brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, garlic
Roast until 5 minutes left in cooking
1 cup of each assorted vegetables
Drizzle RM Essentials Hazelnut Oil on each serving
Marlies’ Harvest Mixed Green Salad
Chop up some Apple slices, goat cheese and dried cranberries
1 tsp RM Essentials Walnut Oil
A splash of balsamic vinegar
Mixed greens of your choice
Mix together and enjoy
