Refunds & Returns
All unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in the original packaging and same condition as received. We cannot accept opened products for refund or exchange. Once your return is received, we will send you an email notification that your refund is being processed. Please contact us immediately in the case of any dispute.
Cancellations
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us to arrange.
Exchanges
If you receive your item damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Retail Purchases
For all purchases made at a retail store, please return the item to the store the product was purchased at, along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for items purchased in a retail store.
