Order Processing Time
We are committed to providing the freshest possible product. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Vernon, BC facility.
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.
To ensure maximum freshness, some of our oils (like our Flaxseed Oil) are pressed to order. Please allow up to 2 business days for these orders to be prepared for shipment.
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
Shipping within Canada
All orders are shipped from our facility in Vernon, British Columbia. We offer the following options for shipping within Canada, based on your location.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders $120.00 and up for provinces in Western, Central, and Atlantic Canada.

Please note that delivery time estimates are in business days and do not include the order processing time mentioned above.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number (e.g., UPS, Canada Post). You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment and see the estimated delivery date on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
Shipping Outside of Canada (International Orders)
We can facilitate shipments to most countries, including the United States.
However, due to the complexity of calculating international shipping rates, duties, and tariffs, these orders are handled on a manual basis and cannot be placed through our standard online checkout.
If you would like a quote for an international order, please email us at support@rm-essentials.ca with the following information:
- A list of the products you wish to order.
- Your complete shipping address.
We will respond within 1-2 business days with a detailed quote that includes the shipping costs and estimated delivery time.
Please note: The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country.
Return Shipping Costs
